Biography
Donald C. Adams, a Senior Geophysicist at the EERC, analyzes the subsurface using geophysical methods and performs processing and advanced interpretation of geophysical data collected in the field. Adams holds a Ph.D. degree in Geological Sciences, specializing in Geophysics, from University of Texas at El Paso, and an M.S. degree in Geophysics and a B.S. degree in Applied Geophysics from Michigan Technological University. Previously, Adams was Chief Geophysicist and Geophysical Advisor at Saddleback Geosolutions International.
Adams’ principal areas of interest and expertise include rock physics, seismic interpretation, interpretative seismic processing, 4-D seismic, and geophysical–geological data integration. Adams is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, the International Association of Rock Physicists, and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and has authored and coauthored numerous professional publications.
